Your name and personal information will not be shared with anyone. The exception to this is the rare circumstance in which a customer wants his or her resume posted online and gives us permission to link to it as a sample of our work.

Security of Credit Card Data

We do not ordinarily keep credit card numbers of our customers on file. We use PayPal for merchant services and all credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. You can choose to pay one of two ways: on the Site or over the phone. If you choose to pay on the Site, you will enter your credit card data into a secure PayPal window. We will never see your credit card number. If you choose to pay over the phone by reading your card number to one of our associates, we will enter the card number directly into PayPal and process the transaction immediately. We will not be able to view the card number after it has been processed, and it will not be written down or kept on file. If you choose to hire us, we will contact you by e-mail and phone in order to work with you on the project. If you contact us to request information or request a resume critique, we will respond by e-mail or phone to provide the requested information or critique.
