Practice your answers to potential interview questions before and during a job search.
When you practice, try to develop answers that include specific details about your accomplishments at your past jobs (the same accomplishments that should be highlighted on your resume!).
Examples would be launching a new product that increased sales by 20%, or implementing a new policy that saved the company more than $110,000 annually. Be ready to provide details!
