Complete my survey or send me your existing resume by fax/e-mail.
Pay over the phone or online.
Participate in an information gathering and strategy conference with me (takes about an hour).
I will prepare your resume and cover letter, usually within 2-3 bus. days, depending on your deadline and my current workload.
Review the documents and request any revisions you want.
If you request revisions, I usually complete them in about 1 day.

Our office is in Ontario, California, and we serve clients throughout Southern California's Inland Empire and nationwide. Some client meetings take place there, some take place elsewhere in the Inland Empire and some take place over the phone.
