Your satisfaction with your resume draft (and any other documents) is guaranteed. After I write your resume, I’ll make any changes and corrections you would like. For most of my clients, changes are usually very minimal — but either way, I’ll continue to work with you on revising it until you’re satisfied. Unlike some companies, unlimited revisions are included in your price.

(Please note that the free unlimited revisions are for changes we’re making to the resume if you’re not completely satisfied with it. If you need an extra resume for a different type of job, or need your resume updated a year later, those are separate projects.)

Satisfaction guaranteed on TheHireRoad

Some clients are skeptical about whether TheHireRoad will provide them with any value. I’m confident that you will find value in it, but in case you don’t, you can return it for your money back within 21 days of purchase.

• Stand-alone purchases: If you purchased TheHireRoad as a stand-alone product, the amount refunded (upon receipt of the product) will be the amount you paid.
• Package purchases: If you purchased TheHireRoad as part of a resume writing package, the amount refunded will be the portion of the package allotted to TheHireRoad (please note that this is much less than the normal going rate for TheHireRoad as a stand-alone product).

Of course, to get your money back, you’ll need to send back TheHireRoad in good condition, with all of the packaging and discs present and free of damage.

I’m confident that you’ll get interviews if you:

• purchase a comprehensive package
• use the strategies outlined in TheHireRoad along with other strategies and tactics
• devote sufficient time and effort to your job search
• use the documents for seeking the type of jobs for which they were tailored
• seek jobs that are an appropriate fit for you

If you haven’t gotten an interview after aggressive searching, please let me know, and we can put our heads together to figure it out. If I think that any of your documents need changes to be more effective, I’ll revise them at no cost to you.
