Before Scheduling - Kelly’s FAQ Answers

  1. How much does it cost? For first-time clients, most engagements are in the $1400-$2800 range, with some outliers below and above that range. At the end of our free consultation I’ll give you a custom quote. If you’re a client from the past, learn more about update pricing.
  2. Can I just get a little help? If you’re interested in a one-off paid Zoom session to critique and improve your current resume and/or LinkedIn profile, please send a message requesting more details, pricing, and availability for a Laser Session. These can usually be scheduled within a few business days.
  3. What if my employer is paying for these services? You can learn more about the help you can get and then book a free appointment. I look forward to helping you!
  4. How long will it take? The project timeline is partially determined by your desired timing and availability (although keep in mind that I don’t do quickie one-week turnarounds). Learn more about project timelines.
  5. Am I the type of client you work with? And do you take every client? Many clients are business executives with target salaries from ~$150K to $3M+, while many others are small business owners or consultants who want to improve their LinkedIn presence. I don’t take on every client—only those who are the right fit. I’m happy to recommend other options when appropriate.
  6. Do you work with clients in my country? Probably! I’ve worked with clients throughout North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  7. Do you have capacity for me? Clients are taken on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to referrals and returning clients.
  8. How does your online appointment scheduling work? Just select the date and time on my calendar that works best for you. I accept ~90% of requested appointments; I’ll only decline if I know I can’t help, in which case I’ll reply with suggestions of other companies.
  9. Can we talk sooner than the earliest date on your calendar? I sometimes get booked up during peak times. If you find a date/time that would work for you, you can request it and include a comment in the notes field expressing a desire for an earlier date if something opens up.
  10. Can we talk later than the latest date on your calendar? The calendar only displays available appointments within the next 3 weeks. If you can’t speak until a later date, feel free to send a message with the dates you have in mind, and I can let you know.
  11. Can we speak in the evening? The scheduling calendar doesn’t display any appointments later than 5pm Eastern time, but I do make later evening Zoom appointments available once a client is working with me.
  12. Is this private? Yes! I don’t reveal client identities to other clients or anyone else, and our discussions are kept confidential.
